Winter Soulstice is perhaps the most potent time of year to come into soul consciousness. Simply put~ this is the time to connect with your soul.
Disclaimer: This work or intention may bring it’s own challenges as both external and internal conditioning arise. Stay the course.
That all aside~ I believe you can always connect with your soul. And this week I feel it is very accessible as the sacred alignment of the New Moon with the Winter Solstice favors our own conscious aligment.
I have a background as a Level 2 trained Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor and I have spent nearly 2 decades observing the alignment of this time of the year. This year I discovered something very magical. It began when I decided to grow flowers with the moon. I have also been studying flower essences for over 20 years. What I learned this year while growing the flowers in this way brought my previous understanding of the Soulstice to a whole new level.
And since working with our flower of the month Hellebores (stay tuned for more on that and please read our story The Tale of the Christmas Rose) and bringing her into my awareness, something unfolded open in me~I realized just how sacred and magical this time of year is and how overlooked it can become in the hustle and bustle and exhaustion. But it truly feels like divine design. I just had to share this with you so I created these prompts to extend the invitation from nature. These are gentle prompts to work with soul consciousness this week leading up to the new moon. Tune into the natural cycle, barely visible, and many many let it pass unseen during the busy hustle of this time of year.
But here we are being quietly invited into such beauty and magic.
Don’t let it pass by unseen…
Enjoy this elementally windy recording of a soulstice self-practice.
