Somehow we will crack open this paradigm because we cracked open ourselves when we became mothers so I know we can do it.

The practice, ideally begun before or during pregnancy, involves integrating experiences and attuning to your nervous system. By starting this journey early or embracing it at any stage of parenthood, you empower yourself to stay deeply connected. Through it all.
It’s absolutely never too late as a parent to begin to work with your nervous system. Our children are calling for us, to be strong, resilient nervous systems. They are asking us to listen more deeply and in more ways than one in order to navigate our river together. Connecting directly with our intuition, our innate intelligence, our body wisdom, we can bring all the solutions to us that we need, living already within us, right here and now.
In the immediate presence of the body, our felt experience, our feelings and sensations, somatic awareness, we have all the answers to our deepest and most urgent longings.
