“Let my cells awaken to my divine design and destiny”
Jessica Suda is a visionary wellness and spiritual guide, with over two decades of experience in holistic health, somatic healing, and transformational practices. Jessica is passionate about empowering women to embody their true nature, embrace their inner wisdom, and lead with authentic grace in a world that deeply needs their presence. Jessica believes that the one universal way to do this is to create safe spaces of healing and receiving.
Jessica’s journey began with a foundation in developmental psychology and the arts at Sarah Lawrence College. Her path has been anything but linear, weaving together a tapestry of modalities that reflect her profound belief in natural healing and human potential. She is certified in the Somatic Embodiment Therapy called Focalizing and ia currently immersed in the 2 year diploma program through the School of Breathwork for Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM). She has trained extensively in Ayurvedic Medicine, Western Herbalism, Shambhala Buddhism and Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Somatic Healing, and other trauma-informed healing practices.
At the heart of Jessica’s work is a belief in the power of presence. The power of being. Through these integrative modalities such as breathwork, movement, somatic awareness, and ancestral healing, she guides individuals to reconnect with their intuition, release emotional barriers, and reclaim life force energy and natural rhythms. She believes that healing is not about fixing but about metabolizing life’s experiences with loving awareness. As a certified Somatic coach in the Focalizing method, Jessica inspires individuals who want to reconnect with their being and soul, always self-guided and self-initiated so they may embrace joy and fulfillment in the present moment, in the body and the inner world. Her approach is integrative, deeply human, as it brings together a rich spectrum of modalities, from addiction and recovery, to nutrition and movement to a range of healing arts. All seeking to cultivating balance, presence, and purpose.
