Jessica Suda is a resource of information with over two decades of experience in farming and gardening, holistic health, somatic healing, and transformational practices. With a foundation in developmental psychology and the arts at Sarah Lawrence College, her path has been anything but linear, weaving together modalities that reflect her profound belief in natural healing and human potential. Her life transformed living and working in the farm and garden at the Esalen Institute. She is certified in the Somatic Embodiment Therapy called Focalizing and currently deep in an immersive 2 year diploma program with the School of Breathwork for Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM). She has trained extensively in Ayurvedic Medicine, Western Herbalism, Shambhala Buddhism and Meditation.
