Come enjoy a gentle, guided breathwork Breathwork Mastery retreat. The day will commence with tea ceremony, a breathe, then an abundant nourishing meal from our local friends and farmers. Will will end with a breathe. There will be time to relax and enjoy healing time in nature.
Spaces are limited. Please bring a journal and blanket. More details available after registration.
This very held small group experience is unique to breathwork. This is a space to listen, feel, and you are allowed to be just as you are. Children are always invited to join the space and we also appreciate the uninterrupted time to ourselves but if that is not possible truly all are welcome!
